Privacy Policy

Proximus understands that privacy is important to you and in that regard would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the Spencer App. The following data is processed:

• Your name, mobile phone number, professional e-mail address, Proximus ID number […] : to register when you download the application;
• Your Proximus e-mail address, Proximus ID number and Proximus systems password to allow you to login and use the Spencer App;
• Your HR absences and overtime data : date, type of absence, your leave balance, your absence due to illness (except the reasons of the illness) to allow the Spencer App to send your HR information to the HR Proximus services;
• Your team shifts data to allow you to have an overview of the daily shifts;
• Your team calendar data to allow you to have an overview on the team calendar;
• Data about the usage of the Spencer App is used by Proximus to improve the Spencer App, to better respond to user’s needs, and to keep users up to date on changes on new features in the Spencer App;
• Your device identification to send you push notifications in connection with the Spencer App;
• Your Proximus email address, first name and last name are stored in an encrypted way in the cloud of Proximus’ Supplier of the Spencer App. The email address is used as unique identifier of the user for all systems Supplier interacts with Proximus. First name and last name are used to personalise the service in MyProfile and in the header of the Spencer App.

The data that is collected when you use the Spencer App is processed by Proximus and its sub-contractor, Recneps, which is the provider of the App. Recneps do not store any data.

The data that is collected and processed when you use the Spencer App is stored by Proximus SA under Public Law (boulevard du Roi Albert II, 27, 1030 Brussels. The data is stored for [2] years and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right to access and, if necessary, rectify your personal data. The Proximus Data Protection Officer is available at following address: privacy@proximus.com

The data processing is needed to provide you with the Spencer App service and therefore also forms part of the contract. If you don’t want this data to be processed by Proximus, you must uninstall the Spencer App from you device or simply not install it.
