(Re)activate your app with little explosions

A great launch campaign is key for (initial) success, but a great consistent flow wins the hearts
in the long run. So after the big bang, keep creating little explosions that keep your app top of mind with your colleagues.

1. Spencer as central platform

Make Spencer the central platform for your internal communications mix. How do you do this?

  • Email newsletters: Use share links to link to news that was posted on Spencer.
  • Print media: Print a QR code of the share link to refer to related articles on Spencer.
  • Digital signage: Integrate Spencer with your screens and publish a teaser to the news that was posted on Spencer also on your screens.

2. Keep Spencer top of mind

Repetition works. Rolling out a new communication platform can be a big change of your organization.

Repeating the message “Are you already using Spencer?” works. Refer to the app every opportunity you get.

For example: create an email signature image that ambassadors can use to help spread the word.

Another example: remind colleagues about the app with a poster campaign.

Are you adding functionalities to the app? That’s also an excellent moment for an activation campaign!

3. Gamification

Use Spencer as central platform for internal campaigns.

A Spencer client launched a safety campaign, with a safety quiz where employees could win a prize. The quiz was launched only via Spencer. Communication was aimed also at employees that were not yet active on the platform, with a clear manual.

Result: +25% adoption rate!
