She explains why she chose the internal communication app MyVulpia to inform and connect employees.

An important lesson for her as (still somewhat) a control freak: letting go and giving people trust. “Nevertheless, we want everyone to play football and not water polo.”
What skills do you need to master as an internal communicator, according to Helga? Unbelievably good at improvising and good at listening.
She explains why internal communication and marketing are quite similar after all.
A positive attitude is her trademark: “I am a 'yes and' person,” she says.
That's why she especially invests time in those who do want to join and are enthusiastic.
