PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

This Privacy and Cookies Policy governs the processing of your personal data by CFE SA/NV as part of your visit to and use of our HelloHeroes application (hereinafter the “Application”).

1. IN GENERAL

1.1. Your personal data are processed by COMPAGNIE D’ENTREPRISES CFE SA/NV, Avenue Edmond Van Nieuwenhuyse 30, 1160 Brussels, with company number 0400.464.795 (RPR/RPM Brussels) (hereinafter “CFE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us via e-mail at dataprotection@cfe.be.

1.2. Any reference in this Privacy and Cookies Policy to certain laws or regulations also includes any change, replacement or annulment of these laws or regulations, including any related executive decisions.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy and Cookies Policy from time to time at our own discretion. Such modification will be communicated via the Application.

2. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

2.1. In the context of the Application, we might process the following categories of personal data:

• First and last name;

• Incidents & tickets;

• Business Unit name, i.e. the company of the CFE group you are working for;

• Business Unit location;

• Birthday;

• Status (employees, blue collars, interims, trainees, freelancers, consultants);

• Job function (assistant, manager, management, …);

• Language;

• Business phone number & mobile number;

• Email (business, or private if you don’t have a business e-mail address);

• Organization details (N+1, Team, …);

• Exceptionally: the content of your communication via the chat system and the technical details of the communication itself (with whom at the CFE group you correspond, date, time, etc.), and;

• any other personal data you choose to provide to us.

2.2. We receive all personal data mentioned above directly from you. It may happen that we receive additional information about your preferences and surfing behaviour from partners (for example Microsoft). We mainly receive the following personal data from our partners (time of login and open rate), which is generally aggregated and not specific about you.

2.3. Whenever you visit or use our Application, we always collect:

• technical information associated with the device you use, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, geographical location and operating system;

• information concerning your browsing behaviour, such as how long you visit, which links you click on, which pages you visit and how many times you visit the Application.

3. PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR CORRESPONDING LEGAL BASES

3.1. We mostly process your personal data to give you access to the Application. The goal of this Application is to foster a sense of community within the CFE group, and allow this community to connect and share information. We strongly believe that this will contribute to your interests as employee of the CFE group, as well as to the own interests of the CFE group.

We pursue this purpose based on our legitimate interests to improve efficiency and wellbeing at work. We indeed hope to foster communication and collaboration within the CFE group.

3.2. We also process your personal data to provide you in a personalized and efficient way the information, products and services you request via the Application.

We pursue this purpose based on the aforementioned legitimate interests.

3.3. We process your personal data to perform statistical analyses so that CFE can continuously improve the Application and the effectiveness of its communications towards you.

We pursue this purpose based on our legitimate interest to enhance the Application and hence contribute to the aforementioned legitimate interests (see 3.1).

3.4. We may also process your personal data (and in particular the content and technical details of your communication via the chat system) if your use of the Application can be considered (a) a violation of this Privacy and Cookies Policy, any applicable terms of use of the Application or the intellectual property rights or any other right of CFE or a third party, (b) a danger or threat to the security or integrity of our Application or to our or any of our affiliates’ or subcontractors’ underlying IT systems due to viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, malware or any other form of malicious code, or (c) in any way harassing, hateful, obscene, discriminating, racist, slanderous, spiteful, hurtful or in some other way inappropriate or illegal.

With regard to the review of communications via the chat system, we generally don’t access these communications. Specific persons with specific access privilege will only access them on an exceptional basis if there is a serious motive, e.g. if we have good reasons to believe that the law or any applicable terms have been violated. That would be the case if an employee complains about the harassing behaviour of another employee via the chat system.

We pursue this purpose based on our legitimate interest (as well as the legitimate interest of our employees to have a safe ICT workspace) to safeguard our economic and legal interests, the security of our systems, as well as to respect the law.

3.5. Your personal data may be transferred (upon our own initiative) to the police or judicial authorities as evidence or if there are justified suspicions of an unlawful act or crime committed by you through your use of the Application or other communication with us.

We pursue this purpose because we may be obliged by the applicable law, or to safeguard our own interests (economic, security and respect the law).

4. COOKIES

4.1. The Application only uses strictly necessary or essential cookies. Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites or applications to make user experiences more efficient. Cookies are stored on the hard disk of your computer or your phone and do not cause any damage. Cookies save you the repeated input of data (e.g. no need to repeat at each connection that you prefer the Application to be in French instead of English), or facilitate the transfer of specific content for you.

Please note that you can also avoid cookies being placed by configuring your browser as such.

4.2. When you visit and use the Application, we will use the following strictly necessary or essential cookies:

These cookies are essential for technical reasons for you to surf on the Application. Without these cookies the Application will not work properly. Considering this technical necessity, only an information obligation applies to these cookies. These cookies are placed once you visit the Application.

5. TO WHOM WE SEND YOUR DATA

5.1. We rely on third-party processors to provide the Application and help us pursuing the purposes identified in Article 3 in the context of the Application. These third-party processors are only allowed to process your personal data on our behalf and upon our documented instruction. All third-party processors are selected with due care and are committed to observing the safety and integrity of your personal data.

5.2. We may share also your personal data with other companies within the CFE group. We ensure that all companies of the CFE group will take due care that all processing of your personal data is in line with what is set out in this Privacy and Cookies Policy.

5.3. We do not send your personal data in an identifiable manner to any other third party than the ones mentioned in Articles 5.1 and 5.2 without legitimate basis to do so.

6. LOCATION AND TRANSFER

6.1. We only process your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

If we were to transfer your personal data to third parties outside the EEA (in which case we would inform you by updating this Privacy and Cookies Policy), we would make sure that such third party would be bound to observe adequate safeguards with regard to the processing of your personal data.

Such safeguards would be the consequence of:

• the recipient country having legislation in place which may be considered equivalent to the protection offered within the EEA; or

• a contractual arrangement between the data exporter and the data importer, being standard contractual clauses drafted by the European Commission and customised by the data exporter.

7. FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA

7.1. Your personal data are only processed for as long as needed to achieve the purposes mentioned in Article 3 above or up until you ask us to stop processing your personal data (provided that you have the right to do so).

So, most of your personal data will be deleted shortly after you leave the CFE group. However, if we need this data because it is required by the applicable law or because there is a (serious risk of) dispute between us, we will generally delete your personal data 10 years after the end of your contract with a company of the CFE group.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

8.1. You have the right to request access to all personal data pertaining to you that we process in the context of the Application. We reserve the right to charge a fee in case of multiple subsequent requests for access that are clearly submitted for causing nuisance or harm to us. We would appreciate if you could specify which data categories you wish to gain access to, during which time period, and in which context.

8.2. You have the right to ask that any personal data pertaining to you that are inaccurate, are corrected free of charge. If you submit a request for correction, your request has to be accompanied by reasonable proof of the flawed nature of the data for which correction is asked.

8.3. You have the right to withdraw your earlier given consent for the processing of your personal data.

8.4. You have the right to request that personal data pertaining to you be deleted if these data are no longer required in the light of the purposes mentioned in Article 3 above, if you exercise your right to object to the processing activities based on our legitimate interests, or if you withdraw your consent for processing the data.

Instead of deletion you can also ask that we limit (i.e. suspend) the processing of your personal data if (a) you contest the accuracy of the data, (b) the processing is illegitimate, or (c) the data are no longer needed for the purposes mentioned in Article 3 above, or (d) you objected to the processing activities based on our legitimate interests.

8.5. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data based on our legitimate interests (see Article 3 above). In this case, we will definitely stop the data processing activity to which you objected, unless we exceptionally demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Please note that you are not obliged to participate in the Application. If you object to the processing of your personal data to give you access to the Application (Art. 3.1), we will deactivate your account.

8.6. If you wish to submit a request to exercise one or more of the rights mentioned above, you can send an e-mail to dataprotection@cfe.be. To verify your such request, we may ask for a proof of your identity.

We will promptly inform you of having received this request. If the request proves valid, we will honour it as soon as reasonably possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days after having received the request. If we cannot accommodate your request within this timeframe, we will let you know within thirty (30) calendar days after having received the request.

If you have any complaint regarding our processing of your personal data, please feel free to contact us via e-mail at dataprotection@cfe.be. Should you remain unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority, e.g. the Belgian data protection authority.

9. OPTIONAL MODULES

9.1. Please note that the company of the CFE group you are working for (your “Business Unit”, or “BU”) may add certain optional modules to the Application. In this case, and if you see that the module is used, it is the BU that acts as data controller, and not CFE.

9.2. Without prejudice to the fact that CFE does not act as data controller, to help you find the relevant data protection information via a single source of information, CFE has gathered and centralised the data protection information in this Privacy and Cookies Policy, including with regard to those modules. Please read this section 9 if the module is used by the BU. If the module is not used by the BU, you may ignore this section.

9.3. If you have any question about the use of these modules within your BU, please contact the legal department or the privacy contact person of your BU. Do not hesitate to also contact us at dataprotection@cfe.be, and we would be happy to connect you with the relevant contact person of your BU.

9.4. The rights outlined above (section 8) fully apply to those modules.

9.5. The different optional modules potentially entailing a data processing activity are the following:

• Module Event: via this module, the BU may disclose company events that may be relevant for you. If an event requires you to register to it, the BU may process some personal data about you, depending on the information you will be asked to give to register. This will in general include your name, your BU (location), your e-mail address, the fact that you are participating to an event, or potential food intolerances you may have.

The BU will process this personal information based on its legitimate interests to foster the wellbeing at work, as well as a sense of community.

The data are not shared with anybody, nor do they leave the EEA. The only potential exception is that the data may be shared with other companies of the CFE group.

The data will be deleted shortly after the event, i.e. generally after 3 months.

• Birthday module: via this module, the Application can wish you a happy birthday, and allow your colleagues (of your BU only) to see that it is your birthday and wish you a happy birthday.

To do this, you will have to manually enter your birthday in your profile on the Application in the dedicated field. Of course, entering your birthday in your profile on the Application necessarily implies that you consent that your name and your birthday will be processed by the Application and by some of your colleagues.

You are not obliged to participate in the module, and (not) participating in it will not lead to any particular (dis)advantage. Please note that it is impossible to participate in the module without the limited data processing activities mentioned, so that you will not be able to participle in the birthday module without consenting to the processing of your personal data in the context of the module.

The data are not shared with anybody (outside your BU), nor do they leave the EEA.

The data will be deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent (which you can do at any time via your profile on the Application), or as soon as you leave the BU, whichever happens first.

• Poll Module: via this module, the BU can organise polls and surveys to ask your opinions. The personal data that will be processed will be everything that you choose to disclose in the poll or survey.

You are generally free to participle to such polls or surveys. If you do so, the BU will process your personal data for its legitimate interest to enhance the Application and its services towards you.

The data are not shared with anybody, nor do they leave the EEA. The only potential exception is that the data may be shared with other companies of the CFE group.

The data will be deleted as soon as the BU has been able to act upon the survey or poll.

POLITIQUE DE CONFIDENTIALITÉ ET COOKIES

La présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies régit le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel par CFE SA dans le cadre de votre visite et de votre utilisation de notre application HelloHeroes (ci-après l'« Application »).

1. EN GÉNÉRAL

1.1. Vos données à caractère personnel sont traitées par COMPAGNIE D’ENTREPRISES CFE SA, Avenue Edmond Van Nieuwenhuyse 30, 1160 Bruxelles, avec numéro d’entreprise 0400.464.795 (RPM Bruxelles) (ci-après “CFE”, “nous”, “notre”). 1.2. Les références à certaines lois ou réglementations dans la présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies incluent également toute modification, tout remplacement ou toute annulation de ces lois ou réglementations, y compris toute décision exécutive y afférente.

1.3. Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier la présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies de temps à autre, à notre propre discrétion. Ces modifications seront communiquées par l'intermédiaire de l'Application.

2. TYPES DE DONNÉES À CARACTÈRE PERSONNEL QUE NOUS TRAITONS

2.1. Dans le cadre de l'Application, nous sommes susceptibles de traiter les catégories de données à caractère personnel suivantes :

• Prénom et nom de famille ;

• Incidents & tickets ;

• Nom de la Business Unit, i.e. la société du groupe CFE pour laquelle vous travaillez ;

• Localisation de la Business Unit ;

• Anniversaire ;

• Statut (employés, ouvriers, intérimaires, stagiaires, indépendants, consultants) ;

• Fonction (assistant, manager, direction, ...) ;

• Langage ;

• Numéro de téléphone professionnel et numéro de téléphone mobile ;

• E-mail (professionnel, ou privé si vous n'avez pas d'adresse e-mail professionnelle) ;

• Détails de l'organisation (N+1, Équipe, ...) ;

• Exceptionnellement : le contenu de votre communication via le système de chat et les détails techniques de la communication elle-même (avec qui chez CFE vous communiquez, la date, l'heure, etc.) ;

• toute autre donnée à caractère personnel que vous choisissez de nous fournir.

2.2. Nous recevons toutes les données à caractère personnel mentionnées ci-dessus directement de votre part. Il peut arriver que nous recevions des informations supplémentaires sur vos préférences et votre comportement de navigation de la part de partenaires (par exemple Microsoft). Nous recevons principalement les données à caractère personnel suivantes de nos partenaires (heure de connexion et taux d'ouverture), qui sont généralement agrégées et ne vous concernent pas spécifiquement.

2.3. Chaque fois que vous visitez ou utilisez notre Application, nous récoltons :

• des informations techniques associées à l'appareil que vous utilisez, telles que votre adresse IP (Internet Protocol), votre type de navigateur, votre localisation géographique et votre système d'exploitation ;

• des informations concernant votre comportement de navigation, telles que la durée de votre visite, les liens sur lesquels vous cliquez, les pages que vous visitez et le nombre de fois que vous visitez l'Application.

3. FINALITÉS POUR LESQUELLES NOUS UTILISONS VOS DONNÉES A CARACTÈRE PERSONNEL ET BASES JURIDIQUES CORRESPONDANTES

3.1. Nous traitons principalement vos données à caractère personnel pour vous donner accès à l'Application. L'objectif de cette Application est de favoriser un sentiment de communauté au sein du groupe CFE et de permettre à cette communauté de se connecter et de partager des informations. Nous sommes convaincus que cela contribuera à vos intérêts en tant que collaborateur de CFE, ainsi qu'aux intérêts de CFE.

Nous poursuivons cette finalité sur la base de nos intérêts légitimes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et le bien-être au travail. Nous espérons en effet favoriser la communication et la collaboration au sein du groupe CFE.

3.2. Nous traitons également vos données à caractère personnel afin de vous fournir de manière personnalisée et efficace les informations, produits et services que vous demandez via l'Application.

Nous poursuivons cette finalité sur la base des intérêts légitimes susmentionnés.

3.3. Nous traitons vos données à caractère personnel pour effectuer des analyses statistiques afin que CFE puisse continuellement améliorer l'Application et l'efficacité de ses communications à votre égard.

Nous poursuivons cette finalité sur la base de notre intérêt légitime à améliorer l'Application et donc à contribuer aux intérêts légitimes susmentionnés (voir 3.1).

3.4. Nous pouvons également traiter vos données à caractère personnel (et en particulier le contenu et les détails techniques de votre communication via le système de chat) si votre utilisation de l'Application peut être considérée comme (a) une violation de la présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies, de toute condition d'utilisation applicable de l'Application ou des droits de propriété intellectuelle ou de tout autre droit de CFE ou d'une tierce partie, (b) un danger ou une menace pour la sécurité ou l'intégrité de notre Application ou pour nos systèmes informatiques sous-jacents ou ceux de nos affiliés ou sous-traitants, en raison de virus, de chevaux de Troie, de logiciels espions, de logiciels malveillants ou de toute autre forme de code malveillant, ou (c) de quelque manière que ce soit, harcelante, haineuse, obscène, discriminatoire, raciste, calomnieuse, malveillante, blessante ou d'une autre manière inappropriée ou illégale.

En ce qui concerne l'examen des communications via le système de chat, nous n'y avons généralement pas accès. Des personnes spécifiques bénéficiant d'un privilège d'accès spécifique n'y accéderont qu'à titre exceptionnel s'il existe un motif sérieux, par exemple si nous avons de bonnes raisons de penser que la loi ou toute autre disposition applicable a été violée. Ce serait le cas si un collaborateur se plaignait du comportement harcelant d'un autre collaborateur par l'intermédiaire du système de dialogue en ligne.

Nous poursuivons cette finalité sur la base de notre intérêt légitime (ainsi que de l'intérêt légitime de nos collaborateurs à disposer d'un espace de travail ICT sécurisé) afin de sauvegarder nos intérêts économiques et juridiques, la sécurité de nos systèmes, ainsi que de respecter la loi.

3.5. Vos données à caractère personnel peuvent être transférées (de notre propre initiative) à la police ou aux autorités judiciaires à titre de preuve ou s'il existe des soupçons justifiés d'un acte illégal ou d'un crime commis par vous dans le cadre de votre utilisation de l'Application ou d'une autre communication avec nous.

Nous poursuivons cette finalité parce que nous pouvons y être obligés par la loi applicable, ou pour sauvegarder nos propres intérêts (économiques, de sécurité et de respect de la loi).

4. COOKIES

4.1. L'Application n'utilise que des cookies strictement nécessaires ou essentiels. Les cookies sont de petits fichiers texte qui peuvent être utilisés par des sites web ou des applications pour rendre l'expérience de l'utilisateur plus efficace. Les cookies sont stockés sur le disque dur de votre ordinateur ou de votre téléphone et ne causent aucun dommage. Les cookies vous évitent de saisir plusieurs fois des données (par exemple, il n'est pas nécessaire de répéter à chaque connexion que vous préférez que l'Application soit en français plutôt qu'en anglais), ou facilitent le transfert d'un contenu spécifique pour vous.

Veuillez noter que vous pouvez également éviter l'installation de cookies en configurant votre navigateur en conséquence.

4.2. Lorsque vous visitez et utilisez l'Application, nous utilisons les cookies strictement nécessaires ou essentiels suivants :

Ces cookies sont indispensables pour des raisons techniques afin que vous puissiez naviguer sur l'Application. Sans ces cookies, l'Application ne fonctionnera pas correctement. Compte tenu de cette nécessité technique, seule une obligation d'information s'applique à ces cookies. Ces cookies sont placés une fois que vous visitez l'Application.

5. À QUI NOUS TRANSMETTONS VOS DONNÉES

5.1.
Nous faisons appel à des sous-traitants tiers pour fournir l'Application et nous aider à poursuivre les objectifs définis à l'Article 3 dans le cadre de l'Application.
Ces sous-traitants tiers ne sont autorisés à traiter vos données à caractère personnel qu'en notre nom et selon nos instructions documentées. Tous les sous-traitants tiers sont sélectionnés avec soin et s'engagent à respecter la sécurité et l'intégrité de vos données à caractère personnel.

5.2.
Nous pouvons également partager vos données à caractère personnel avec d'autres sociétés du groupe CFE. Nous veillons à ce que toutes les sociétés du groupe CFE veillent à ce que le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel soit conforme à ce qui est énoncé dans la présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies.

5.3.
Nous ne transmettons pas vos données à caractère personnel de manière identifiable à des tiers autres que ceux mentionnés aux Articles 5.1 et 5.2 sans base légale pour le faire.

6. LOCALISATION ET TRANSFERT

6.1.
Nous ne traitons vos données à caractère personnel qu'au sein de l'Espace économique européen (EEE).

Si nous devions transférer vos données à caractère personnel à des tiers en dehors de l'EEE (auquel cas nous vous en informerions en mettant à jour la présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies), nous veillerions à ce que ces tiers soient tenus d'observer des garanties adéquates en ce qui concerne le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel. Ces garanties seraient la conséquence de :

• le pays destinataire dispose d'une législation qui peut être considérée comme équivalente à la protection offerte au sein de l'EEE ; ou

• un accord contractuel entre l'exportateur et l'importateur de données, sous la forme de clauses contractuelles types rédigées par la Commission européenne et adaptées par l'exportateur de données.

7. PENDANT COMBIEN DE TEMPS CONSERVONS-NOUS VOS DONNÉES

7.1.
Vos données à caractère personnel ne sont traitées que pendant la durée nécessaire à la réalisation des finalités mentionnées à l'Article 3 ci-dessus ou jusqu'à ce que vous nous demandiez d'arrêter le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel (à condition que vous ayez le droit de le faire).

Ainsi, la plupart de vos données à caractère personnel seront supprimées peu de temps après votre départ du groupe CFE. Toutefois, si nous avons besoin de ces données parce que la loi applicable l'exige ou parce qu'il existe un (risque sérieux de) litige entre nous, nous supprimerons généralement vos données à caractère personnel 10 ans après la fin de votre contrat avec une société du groupe CFE.

8. VOS DROITS

8.1.
Vous avez le droit de demander l'accès à toutes les données à caractère personnel vous concernant que nous traitons dans le cadre de l'Application. Nous nous réservons le droit de facturer des frais en cas de demandes d'accès multiples et ultérieures qui sont clairement soumises pour nous causer des nuisances ou des préjudices. Nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir préciser les catégories de données auxquelles vous souhaitez avoir accès, pendant quelle période et dans quel contexte.

8.2.
Vous avez le droit de demander que les données à caractère personnel vous concernant qui sont inexactes soient rectifiées gratuitement. Si vous introduisez une demande de rectification, celle-ci doit être accompagnée d'une preuve raisonnable du caractère erroné des données pour lesquelles la rectification est demandée.

8.3.
Vous avez le droit de retirer le consentement que vous avez donné antérieurement pour le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel.

8.4.
Vous avez le droit de demander que les données à caractère personnel vous concernant soient effacées si ces données ne sont plus nécessaires au regard des finalités mentionnées à l'Article 3 ci-dessus, si vous exercez votre droit d'opposition aux activités de traitement fondées sur nos intérêts légitimes, ou si vous retirez votre consentement au traitement des données.

Au lieu de l'effacement, vous pouvez également nous demander de limiter (c'est-à-dire de suspendre) le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel si (a) vous contestez l'exactitude des données, (b) le traitement est illégitime, ou (c) les données ne sont plus nécessaires aux fins mentionnées à l'Article 3 cidessus, ou (d) vous vous êtes opposé aux activités de traitement sur la base de nos intérêts légitimes.

8.5.
Vous avez le droit de vous opposer au traitement des données à caractère personnel sur la base de nos intérêts légitimes (voir l'Article 3 ci-dessus). Dans ce cas, nous cesserons définitivement l'activité de traitement des données à laquelle vous vous êtes opposé, à moins que nous ne démontrions exceptionnellement des motifs légitimes impérieux pour le traitement qui l'emportent sur vos intérêts, droits et libertés ou pour l’établissement, l'exercice ou la défense de droits en justice.

Veuillez noter que vous n'êtes pas obligé de participer à l'Application. Si vous vous opposez au traitement de vos données à caractère personnel pour vous donner accès à l'Application (Art. 3.1), nous désactiverons votre compte.

8.6.

Si la demande s'avère valable, nous y donnerons suite dès que possible et au plus tard dans les trente (30) jours calendrier suivant la réception de la demande. Si nous ne pouvons pas accéder à votre demande dans ce délai, nous vous en informerons dans les trente (30) jours calendrier suivant la réception de la demande.

Si vous avez une plainte à formuler concernant le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter par e-mail à l'adresse suivante dataprotection@cfe.be. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait de notre réponse, vous avez le droit de déposer une plainte auprès de l'autorité compétente en matière de protection des données, par exemple l'autorité belge de protection des données.

9. MODULES OPTIONNELS

9.1.
Veuillez noter que la société du groupe CFE pour laquelle vous travaillez (votre « Business Unit », ou « BU ») peut ajouter certains modules optionnels à l'Application. Dans ce cas, et si vous constatez que le module est utilisé, c'est la BU qui agit en tant que responsable du traitement, et non CFE.

9.2.
Sans préjudice du fait que CFE n'agit pas en tant que responsable du traitement des données, pour vous aider à trouver les informations pertinentes en matière de protection des données via une source d'information unique, CFE a rassemblé et centralisé les informations relatives à la protection des données dans la présente Politique de Confidentialité et Cookies, y compris en ce qui concerne ces modules. Veuillez lire cette section 9 si le module est utilisé par la BU. Si le module n'est pas utilisé par la BU, vous pouvez ignorer cette section.

9.3.
Si vous avez des questions sur l'utilisation de ces modules au sein de votre BU, veuillez contacter le département juridique ou la personne de contact pour la protection de la vie privée de votre BU. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter également à l'adresse dataprotection@cfe.be, et nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous mettre en relation avec la personne de contact concernée de votre BU.

9.4.
Les droits décrits ci-dessus (section 8) s'appliquent pleinement à ces modules.

9.5.
Les différents modules optionnels susceptibles d'entraîner une activité de traitement des données sont les suivants :

• Module Événement : par l'intermédiaire de ce module, la BU peut divulguer des événements d'entreprise qui peuvent être pertinents pour vous. Si un événement nécessite que vous vous y inscriviez, la BU peut traiter certaines données à caractère personnel vous concernant, en fonction des informations qu'il vous sera demandé de fournir pour vous inscrire. Il s'agira en général de votre nom, de votre lieu de travail, de votre adresse e-mail, du fait que vous participez à un événement, ou d'éventuelles intolérances alimentaires que vous pourriez avoir.
  La BU traitera ces informations personnelles sur la base de ses intérêts légitimes afin de favoriser le bien-être au travail, ainsi qu'un sens de la communauté.

Les données ne sont partagées avec personne et ne quittent pas l'EEE. La seule exception potentielle est que les données peuvent être partagées avec d'autres sociétés du groupe CFE.

Les données seront supprimées peu de temps après l'événement, c'est-à-dire généralement après 3 mois.

• Module anniversaire : via ce module, l'Application peut vous souhaiter un bon anniversaire, et permettre à vos collègues (de votre BU seulement) de voir qu'il s'agit de votre anniversaire et de vous souhaiter un bon anniversaire.

Pour ce faire, vous devrez saisir manuellement votre date d'anniversaire dans votre profil sur l'Application dans le champ prévu à cet effet. Bien entendu, la saisie de votre date d'anniversaire dans votre profil sur l'Application implique nécessairement que vous consentez à ce que votre nom et votre date d'anniversaire soient traités par l'Application et par certains de vos collègues.

Vous n'êtes pas obligé de participer au module et le fait de ne pas y participer n'entraînera aucun (dés)avantage particulier. Veuillez noter qu'il est impossible de participer au module sans les activités limitées de traitement des données mentionnées, de sorte que vous ne pourrez pas participer au module anniversaire sans consentir au traitement de vos données à caractère personnel dans le cadre du module.

Les données ne sont partagées avec personne (en dehors de votre BU) et ne quittent pas l'EEE.

Les données seront supprimées dès que vous aurez retiré votre consentement (ce que vous pouvez faire à tout moment via votre profil sur l'Application) ou dès que vous aurez quitté la BU, en fonction de ce qui se produira en premier.

• Module sondage : via ce module, la BU peut organiser des sondages et des enquêtes pour vous demander votre avis. Les données à caractère personnel qui seront traitées seront celles que vous choisirez de divulguer dans le cadre du sondage ou de l'enquête.

Vous êtes généralement libre de participer à de tels sondages ou enquêtes. Si vous le faites, la BU traitera vos données à caractère personnel dans son intérêt légitime pour améliorer l'Application et ses services à votre égard.

Les données ne sont partagées avec personne et ne quittent pas l'EEE. La seule
exception potentielle est que les données peuvent être partagées avec d'autres
sociétés du groupe CFE.

Les données seront supprimées dès que la BU aura pu donner suite à l'enquête
ou au sondage.

PRIVACY- EN COOKIEBELEID

Dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid regelt de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door CFE NV in het kader van uw bezoek aan en gebruik van onze HelloHeroes-applicatie (hierna de "Applicatie").

1. ALGEMEEN

1.1.
Uw persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt door AANNEMINGSMAATSCHAPPIJ CFE NV, Edmond Van Nieuwenhuyselaan 30, 1160 Brussel, met ondernemingsnummer 0400.464.795 (RPR Brussel) (hierna "CFE", "wij", "ons", "onze"). U kan ons bereiken via e-mail op dataprotection@cfe.be.

1.2.
Elke verwijzing in dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid naar bepaalde wetten of verordeningen omvat ook elke wijziging, vervanging of nietigverklaring van deze wetten of verordeningen, met inbegrip van alle daarmee samenhangende uitvoeringsbeslissingen.

1.3.
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid van tijd tot tijd naar eigen goeddunken te wijzigen. Dergelijke wijzigingen zullen worden meegedeeld via de Applicatie.

2. SOORTEN PERSOONSGEGEVENS DIE WIJ VERWERKEN

2.1.
In het kader van de Applicatie kunnen wij de volgende categorieën persoonsgegevens verwerken:

• Voor- en achternaam;

• Incidenten & tickets;

• Naam van de Business Unit, d.w.z. de onderneming van de groep CFE waarvoor u werkt;

• Locatie van de Business Unit;

• Geboortedatum;

• Status (werknemers, arbeiders, interims, stagiairs, freelancers, consultants);

• Functie (assistent, manager, directie, ...);

• Taal;

• Zakelijk telefoonnummer & mobiel nummer;

• E-mail (zakelijk, of privé als u geen zakelijk e-mailadres hebt);

• Organisatiegegevens (N+1, Team, ...);

• Uitzonderlijk: de inhoud van uw communicatie via het chatsysteem en de technische details van de communicatie zelf (met wie u binnen de groep CFE correspondeert, datum, tijd, etc.), en;

• alle andere persoonsgegevens die u aan ons verstrekt.

2.2.
Wij ontvangen alle bovengenoemde persoonsgegevens rechtstreeks van u. Het kan gebeuren dat wij van partners (bijvoorbeeld Microsoft) aanvullende informatie ontvangen over uw voorkeuren en surfgedrag. Wij ontvangen voornamelijk de volgende persoonsgegevens van onze partners (tijd van aanmelden en open rate), die over het algemeen zijn geaggregeerd en niet specifiek over u gaan.

2.3.
Telkens u onze Applicatie bezoekt of gebruikt, verzamelen wij altijd:

• technische informatie in verband met het apparaat dat u gebruikt, zoals uw IP-adres (internetprotocol), browsertype, geografische locatie en besturingssysteem;

• informatie over uw surfgedrag, zoals de duur van uw bezoek aan de Applicatie, op welke links u klikt, welke pagina's u bezoekt en hoe vaak u de Applicatie bezoekt.

3. DOELEINDEN WAARVOOR WIJ UW PERSOONSGEGEVENS GEBRUIKEN EN DE BIJBEHORENDE RECHTSGRONDEN

3.1.
Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens voornamelijk om u toegang te geven tot de Applicatie. Het doel van deze Applicatie is om een gemeenschapsgevoel te creëren binnen de groep CFE en deze gemeenschap in staat te stellen om met elkaar in contact te komen en informatie te delen. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat dit zal bijdragen aan uw belangen als medewerker van de groep CFE, evenals aan de eigen belangen van de groep CFE.

Wij streven dit doel na op basis van onze gerechtvaardigde belangen om de efficiëntie en het welzijn op het werk te verbeteren. Wij hopen inderdaad om de communicatie en samenwerking binnen de groep CFE te bevorderen.

3.2.
Daarnaast verwerken wij uw persoonsgegevens om u op een gepersonaliseerde en efficiënte manier de informatie, producten en diensten die u via de Applicatie vraagt, te verstrekken.

Wij streven dit doel na op basis van onze voormelde gerechtvaardigde belangen.

3.3.
Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens om statistische analyses uit te voeren zodat CFE de Applicatie en de effectiviteit van haar communicatie naar u toe voortdurend kan verbeteren.

Wij streven dit doel na op basis van ons gerechtvaardigd belang om de Applicatie te verbeteren en daarmee bij te dragen aan de bovengenoemde gerechtvaardigde belangen (zie 3.1).

3.4.
Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens (en in het bijzonder de inhoud en technische details van uw communicatie via het chatsysteem) ook verwerken indien uw gebruik van de Applicatie kan worden beschouwd als (a) een inbreuk op dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid, de toepasselijke gebruiksvoorwaarden van de Applicatie of de intellectuele-eigendomsrechten of enig ander recht van CFE of een derde, (b) een gevaar of bedreiging voor de veiligheid of integriteit van onze Applicatie of de onderliggende IT-systemen van ons of onze verbonden vennootschappen of onderaannemers als gevolg van virussen, Trojaanse paarden, spyware, malware of enige andere vorm van kwaadaardige code, of (c) op enige wijze intimiderend, haatdragend, obsceen, discriminerend, racistisch, lasterlijk, hatelijk, kwetsend of op enige andere wijze ongepast of illegaal.

Wat het bekijken van communicatie via het chatsysteem betreft, hebben wij over het algemeen geen toegang tot deze communicatie. Specifieke personen met specifieke toegangsrechten hebben enkel uitzonderlijk toegang als er een ernstige reden is, bijvoorbeeld als wij goede redenen hebben om aan te nemen dat de wet of toepasselijke voorwaarden zijn geschonden. Dat zou kunnen wanneer een medewerker klaagt over intimiderend gedrag van een andere medewerker via het chatsysteem.

Wij streven dit doel na op basis van ons gerechtvaardigd belang (evenals het gerechtvaardigd belang van onze medewerkers om een veilige ICT-werkruimte te hebben) om onze economische en wettelijke belangen te beschermen, de veiligheid van onze systemen te waarborgen en de wet na te leven.

3.5.
Uw persoonsgegevens kunnen (op ons eigen initiatief) worden overgedragen aan de politie of de gerechtelijke autoriteiten als bewijs of indien er gegronde vermoedens bestaan van een door u gepleegde onwettige handeling of misdrijf bij uw gebruik van de Applicatie of in andere communicatie met ons.

Wij streven dit doel na omdat wij hiertoe verplicht kunnen worden door de toepasselijke wetgeving of om onze eigen belangen te beschermen (economisch, veiligheid en naleving van de wet).

4. COOKIES

4.1.
De Applicatie maakt alleen gebruik van strikt noodzakelijke of essentiële cookies. Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die door websites of applicaties kunnen worden gebruikt om gebruikerservaringen efficiënter te maken. Cookies worden opgeslagen op de harde schijf van uw computer of telefoon en veroorzaken geen schade. Dankzij cookies hoeft u niet herhaaldelijk dezelfde gegevens in te voeren (u hoeft bijvoorbeeld niet bij elke verbinding te herhalen dat u de voorkeur geeft aan de Applicatie in het Nederlands in plaats van in het Engels), en cookies vergemakkelijken de overdracht van specifieke inhoud voor u.

Let op: u kunt ook voorkomen dat cookies worden geplaatst door uw browser als zodanig te configureren.

4.2.
Wanneer u de Applicatie bezoekt en gebruikt, gebruiken wij de volgende strikt noodzakelijke of essentiële cookies:

Deze cookies zijn om technische redenen essentieel voor u om op de Applicatie te kunnen surfen. Zonder deze cookies werkt de Applicatie niet naar behoren. Gezien deze technische noodzaak, geldt voor deze cookies alleen een informatieplicht. Deze cookies worden geplaatst zodra u de Applicatie bezoekt.

5. NAAR WIE STUREN WIJ UW GEGEVENS

5.1.
Wij doen een beroep op derde verwerkers om de Applicatie te verstrekken en ons te helpen bij het nastreven van de in Artikel 3 genoemde doeleinden in de context van de Applicatie. Deze derde verwerkers mogen uw persoonsgegevens alleen namens ons en op onze schriftelijke instructie verwerken. Alle derde verwerkers worden met zorg gekozen en zetten zich in om de veiligheid en integriteit van uw persoonsgegevens te waarborgen.

5.2.
Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens ook delen met andere ondernemingen binnen de groep CFE. Wij zorgen ervoor dat alle ondernemingen van de groep CFE er zorg voor dragen dat alle verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming is met hetgeen is uiteengezet in dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid.

5.3.
Wij sturen uw persoonsgegevens niet op identificeerbare wijze door naar andere derden dan diegenen die worden vermeld in Artikel 5.1 en 5.2 zonder gerechtvaardigde grondslag om dit te doen.

6. LOCATIE EN DOORGIFTE

6.1.
Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens alleen binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER).

Indien wij uw persoonsgegevens zouden doorgeven aan derden buiten de EER (in welk geval wij u hiervan op de hoogte zouden stellen door dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid bij te werken), zouden wij ervoor zorgen dat deze derde partij verplicht is om adequate waarborgen in acht te nemen met betrekking tot de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. Dergelijke waarborgen vloeien voort uit:

• wetgeving in het ontvangende land die als gelijkwaardig kan worden beschouwd met de binnen de EER geboden bescherming; of

• een contractuele regeling tussen de gegevensexporteur en de gegevensimporteur, bestaande uit standaardcontractbepalingen die door de Europese Commissie zijn opgesteld en door de gegevensexporteur op maat zijn gemaakt.

6.2.
Als u meer informatie wenst over deze waarborgen, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via dataprotection@cfe.be.

7. HOE LANG HOUDEN WIJ UW GEGEVENS BIJ

7.1.
Uw persoonsgegevens worden alleen verwerkt voor zolang als nodig is om de in Artikel 3 hierboven genoemde doeleinden te bereiken of tot het moment dat u ons vraagt om te stoppen met het verwerken van uw persoonsgegevens (mits u het recht hebt om dit te doen).

De meeste van uw persoonsgegevens worden dus gewist kort nadat u de groep CFE hebt verlaten. Als wij deze gegevens echter nodig hebben omdat de toepasselijke wetgeving dit vereist of omdat er een (ernstig risico op) geschil tussen ons bestaat, zullen wij uw persoonsgegevens over het algemeen 10 jaar na het einde van uw overeenkomst met een onderneming van de groep CFE verwijderen.

8. UW RECHTEN

8.1.
U hebt het recht om inzage te vragen in alle persoonsgegevens die op u betrekking hebben en die wij verwerken in het kader van de Applicatie. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om kosten in rekening te brengen in geval van meerdere opeenvolgende verzoeken om inzage die duidelijk zijn ingediend om ons last of schade te berokkenen. Wij zouden het op prijs stellen als u kunt aangeven in welke gegevenscategorieën u inzage wilt krijgen, gedurende welke periode en in welke context.

8.2.
U hebt het recht te vragen dat uw persoonsgegevens die onjuist zijn, kosteloos worden verbeterd. Als u een verzoek tot verbetering indient, moet uw verzoek vergezeld gaan van redelijk bewijs van de onjuiste aard van de gegevens waarvoor verbetering wordt gevraagd.

8.3.
U hebt het recht om uw eerder verleende toestemming voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens in te trekken.

8.4.
U hebt het recht om te vragen dat uw persoonsgegevens worden verwijderd als deze gegevens niet langer nodig zijn voor de doeleinden als vermeld in Artikel 3 hierboven, als u uw recht uitoefent om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerkingsactiviteiten op basis van onze gerechtvaardigde belangen, of als u uw toestemming voor de verwerking van de gegevens intrekt.

In plaats van wissing kunt u ons ook vragen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens te beperken (d.w.z. op te schorten) als (a) u de juistheid van de gegevens betwist, (b) de verwerking onrechtmatig is, of (c) de gegevens niet langer nodig zijn voor de in Artikel 3 genoemde doeleinden, of (d) u bezwaar hebt gemaakt tegen de verwerkingsactiviteiten op basis van onze gerechtvaardigde belangen.

8.5.
U hebt het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van persoonsgegevens op basis van onze gerechtvaardigde belangen (zie Artikel 3 hierboven). In dat geval zullen wij de gegevensverwerking waartegen u bezwaar hebt gemaakt definitief stopzetten, tenzij wij uitzonderlijk dwingende gerechtvaardigde gronden voor de verwerking aantonen die zwaarder wegen dan uw belangen, rechten en vrijheden of voor de vaststelling, uitoefening of verdediging van rechtsvorderingen.

Merk op dat u niet verplicht bent om deel te nemen aan de Applicatie. Indien u bezwaar maakt tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens om u toegang te geven tot de Applicatie (Art. 3.1), zullen wij uw account deactiveren.

8.6.
Als u een verzoek wilt indienen om een of meer van de bovengenoemde rechten uit te oefenen, kunt u een e-mail sturen naar dataprotection@cfe.be. Om uw verzoek te verifiëren, kunnen wij om een bewijs van uw identiteit vragen.

Wij zullen u onverwijld in kennis stellen van de ontvangst van dit verzoek. Als het verzoek geldig blijkt te zijn, zullen wij het zo snel als redelijkerwijs mogelijk en uiterlijk binnen dertig (30) kalenderdagen na ontvangst van het verzoek nakomen. Als wij uw verzoek niet binnen deze termijn kunnen nakomen, laten wij u dit binnen dertig (30) kalenderdagen na ontvangst van het verzoek weten.

Als u een klacht hebt over onze verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via e-mail op dataprotection@cfe.be. Als u niet tevreden bent met ons antwoord, hebt u het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de bevoegde gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, bijvoorbeeld de Belgische gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.

9. OPTIONELE MODULES

9.1.
Houd er rekening mee dat de onderneming van de groep CFE waarvoor u werkt (uw "Business Unit", of "BU") bepaalde optionele modules aan de Applicatie kan toevoegen. In dit geval, en als u ziet dat de module wordt gebruikt, is het de BU die optreedt als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, en niet CFE.

9.2.
Zonder afbreuk te doen aan het feit dat CFE niet optreedt als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, heeft CFE, om u te helpen de relevante informatie over gegevensbescherming via één enkele informatiebron te vinden, de informatie over gegevensbescherming in dit Privacy- en Cookiebeleid verzameld en gecentraliseerd, ook met betrekking tot deze modules. Lees deze sectie 9 als de module wordt gebruikt door de BU. Als de module niet wordt gebruikt door de BU, kunt u deze sectie negeren.

9.3.
Als u vragen hebt over het gebruik van deze modules binnen uw BU, neem dan contact op met de juridische dienst of de privacycontactpersoon van uw BU. Aarzel niet om ook contact met ons op te nemen via dataprotection@cfe.be, en wij brengen u graag in contact met de relevante contactpersoon van uw BU.

9.4.
De rechten die hierboven (sectie 8) worden beschreven, zijn volledig van toepassing op deze modules.

9.5.
De verschillende optionele modules die mogelijk een gegevensverwerkingsactiviteit met zich meebrengen, zijn de volgende:

• Module Event: via deze module kan de BU bedrijfsevents bekendmaken die voor u relevant kunnen zijn. Als u zich voor een event moet registreren, kan de BU bepaalde persoonsgegevens over u verwerken, afhankelijk van de informatie die u wordt gevraagd te geven om u te registreren. Dit omvat in het algemeen uw naam, uw BU (locatie), uw e-mailadres, het feit dat u deelneemt aan een event of mogelijke voedselintoleranties die u hebt.
  De BU verwerkt deze persoonlijke informatie op basis van haar gerechtvaardigde belangen om het welzijn op het werk en het gemeenschapsgevoel te bevorderen.

De gegevens worden met niemand gedeeld en verlaten ook de EER niet. De enige mogelijke uitzondering is dat de gegevens gedeeld kunnen worden met andere ondernemingen van de groep CFE.

De gegevens worden kort na het event verwijderd, over het algemeen na 3 maanden.

• Verjaardagsmodule: via deze module, kan de Applicatie u een gelukkige verjaardag wensen en uw collega's (alleen van uw BU) in staat stellen om te zien dat u jarig bent en u een gelukkige verjaardag wensen.

Hiervoor moet u uw geboortedatum manueel invoeren in het daarvoor bestemde veld van uw profiel op de Applicatie. Uiteraard houdt het invoeren van uw geboortedatum in uw profiel op de Applicatie in dat u ermee instemt dat uw naam en geboortedatum door de Applicatie en door sommige van uw collega's worden verwerkt.

U bent niet verplicht om deel te nemen aan de module en (niet) deelnemen zal niet leiden tot een bepaald na- of voordeel. Houd er rekening mee dat het onmogelijk is om deel te nemen aan de module zonder de genoemde beperkte gegevensverwerkingsactiviteiten, zodat u niet kunt deelnemen aan de verjaardagsmodule zonder toestemming te geven voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens in het kader van de module.

De gegevens worden met niemand gedeeld (buiten uw BU) en verlaten ook de EER niet.

De gegevens worden gewist zodra u uw toestemming intrekt (wat u te allen tijde kunt doen via uw profiel op de Applicatie), of zodra u de BU verlaat, afhankelijk van wat het eerst gebeurt.

• Poll Module: via deze module kan de BU polls en enquêtes organiseren om uw mening te vragen. De persoonsgegevens die verwerkt zullen worden, zijn alle gegevens die u verkiest vrij te geven in de poll of enquête.

Het staat u over het algemeen vrij om deel te nemen aan dergelijke polls of enquêtes. Indien u dit doet, verwerkt de BU uw persoonsgegevens voor haar gerechtvaardigde belang om de Applicatie en haar diensten aan u te verbeteren.

De gegevens worden met niemand gedeeld en verlaten ook de EER niet. De enige mogelijke uitzondering is dat de gegevens gedeeld kunnen worden met andere ondernemingen van de groep CFE.

De gegevens worden verwijderd zodra de BU heeft kunnen reageren op de enquête of poll.

• Stanowisko zawodowe (asystent, kierownik, kierownictwo, ...);

• Język;

• Służbowy numer telefonu i numer telefonu komórkowego;

• Adres e-mail (służbowy lub prywatny, jeśli nie masz służbowego adresu email);

• Szczegóły organizacji (N+1, Zespół, ...);

• Wyjątkowo: treść komunikacji za pośrednictwem systemu czatu oraz szczegóły techniczne samej komunikacji (z kim w grupie CFE korespondujesz, data, godzina itp.), oraz;

• wszelkie inne dane osobowe, które zdecydujesz się nam przekazać.

2.2.
Wszystkie wyżej wymienione dane osobowe otrzymujemy bezpośrednio od Państwa. Może się zdarzyć, że otrzymamy dodatkowe informacje o Twoich preferencjach i zachowaniach związanych z surfowaniem po Internecie od partnerów (na przykład Microsoft). Od naszych partnerów otrzymujemy głównie następujące dane osobowe (czas logowania i współczynnik wyświetleń), które są zazwyczaj zagregowane i nie zawierają konkretnych informacji o Tobie.

Jesteśmy przekonani, że przyczyni się to do realizacji Państwa interesów jako pracownika grupy CFE, jak również do realizacji własnych interesów grupy CFE.

Realizujemy ten cel w oparciu o nasze prawnie uzasadnione interesy, aby poprawić wydajność i samopoczucie w pracy. Mamy nadzieję, że uda nam się usprawnić komunikację i współpracę w ramach grupy CFE.

3.2.
Przetwarzamy również Twoje dane osobowe w celu dostarczania Ci w spersonalizowany i skuteczny sposób informacji, produktów i usług, o które prosisz za pośrednictwem Aplikacji.

Będziemy wdzięczni za określenie, do jakich kategorii danych chcą Państwo uzyskać dostęp, w jakim okresie i w jakim kontekście.

Należy pamiętać, że użytkownik nie jest zobowiązany do udziału w Aplikacji. Jeśli użytkownik nie wyrazi zgody na przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych w celu umożliwienia mu dostępu do Aplikacji (art. 3 ust. 1), dezaktywujemy jego konto.

8.6.

9.2.
Bez względu na fakt, że CFE nie działa jako administrator danych, aby pomóc Ci znaleźć odpowiednie informacje o ochronie danych za pośrednictwem jednego źródła informacji, CFE zgromadziło i scentralizowało informacje o ochronie danych w niniejszej Polityce prywatności i plików cookie, w tym w odniesieniu do tych modułów. Prosimy o zapoznanie się z tą sekcją 9, jeśli moduł jest używany przez BU. Jeśli moduł nie jest używany przez jednostkę organizacyjną, można zignorować tę sekcję.

9.3.

Oczywiście, wpisanie daty urodzenia w swoim profilu w Aplikacji oznacza zgodę na przetwarzanie Twojego imienia i nazwiska oraz daty urodzenia przez Aplikację i przez niektórych Twoich współpracowników. Nie jesteś zobowiązany do uczestnictwa w module, a (nie)uczestnictwo w nim nie doprowadzi do żadnej szczególnej (nie)korzyści. Informujemy, że nie jest możliwe uczestnictwo w module bez wymienionych ograniczonych czynności przetwarzania danych, więc nie będziesz mógł uczestniczyć w module urodzinowym bez wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych w ramach modułu. Dane nie są udostępniane nikomu (poza Twoim BU), ani nie opuszczą EOG.
