Integrate lunch ordering

Problem:

The traditional order form for lunch was managed through paper notes, which had to be delivered by 10:30 h at the cafeteria. When people were running late or were visiting from different locations, this often caused late orders.

Solution : 

By using the Spencer form builder, the paper flow got replaced by a digital one.

An email is triggered after every delivery and sent to the kitchen directly, so they can start preparing the food instantly. 

An alternative option is to share a recap of all orders all at once at a defined hour. 

Things to keep in mind : 

  • The menu in this case had fixed options, so no daily tweaks had to be made to the form.
  • Payments can’t be handled directly from the form.
